摘 要:以沙地柏为材料,开展在沙地柏母株上四种不同处理下的单因素试验,以黄化、环剥、喷施尿素、喷施NAA处理为试验组,清水处理作对照,分析插穗的生根过程的生根率、腐烂率、平均根数和生根指数,对其生根效果进行多重比较和综合评价。结果表明:利用四种不同的方式处理嫩枝和硬枝插穗,其中生根率和生根指数最高的均为NAA处理方式,分别为84.43%、92.76和76.67%、76.74;综合评价来看,NAA处理方式对扦插生根效果最好,优于其他处理。Using sandy cypress as the material,a one-way test was carried out under four different treatments on the mother plant of sandy cypress,with yellowing,ring stripping,urea spraying and NAA spraying as the experimental groups,and water treatment as the control,to analyze the rooting process of the scions in terms of the rooting rate,the decay rate,the average number of roots and the rooting index,as well as the rooting process and its type of rooting,and to carry out a multi-comparison and a comprehensive evaluation of their rooting effects.The results showed that using four different ways of treating shoots and hardwood spikes,the highest rooting rate and rooting index were in NAA treatment,which were 84.43% and 92.76,76.67% and 76.74,respectively.The comprehensive evaluation showed that the NAA treatment had the best rooting effect on the cuttings,which was better than the other treatments.
