摘　　要：随着信息技术的迅猛发展和乡村振兴战略的深入实施,农村电子商务作为推动农村经济发展的新动力,日益显现出巨大的潜力和优势。本文以甘肃省陇南市为例,在深入分析陇南农村电子商务发展现状后,探讨了农村电子商务在创新发展过程中的实践经验,发现农村电子商务在创新发展过程中仍面临着人才短缺、基础设施薄弱、市场竞争激烈和法律法规不完善等挑战和问题,并根据实际情况提出了推进陇南农村电子商务创新发展的对策建议,旨在为全面推进乡村振兴提供有益参考和借鉴。With the rapid development of information technology and the deepening implementation of rural revitalization strategies,rural e-commerce,as a new driving force for promoting rural economic development,is increasingly showing its enormous potential and advantages.This article takes Longnan City,Gansu Province as an example,and after in-depth analysis of the current situation of rural e-commerce development in Longnan,explores the practical experience of rural e-commerce in the process of innovative development,as well as the challenges and problems that rural e-commerce still faces in the process of innovative development,such as talent shortage,weak infrastructure,fierce market competition,and imperfect laws and regulations.Based on the actual situation,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to promote the innovative development of rural e-commerce in Longnan,aiming to provide useful reference and guidance for the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization strategy.
