摘 要:随着体育教育的不断创新,越来越多的新兴运动项目被引入大学体育课程中。桨板运动作为一种兼具竞技性与休闲性的水上运动,近年来在大学校园中逐渐受到关注。其独特的魅力不仅体现在提高学生的身体素质上,还在于培养学生的团队协作精神和挑战自我的勇气。为了解大学体育开展桨板运动教学的具体情况,该文将以某大学开展桨板课程为例,分析学生训练前后身体素质及自主学习能力的变化,为如何更好地在大学体育课程中开展桨板运动提出有效建议,从而为大学体育教育工作者提供有益的参考,进一步丰富大学体育课程内容,推动桨板运动在大学体育中的健康发展。With the continuous innovation of physical education,more and more emerging sports are being introduced into university physical education courses.As a competitive and recreational water sport,paddleboarding has gradually gained attention in university campuses in recent years,and its unique charm is not only reflected in improving students'physical fitness,but also in cultivating their spirit of teamwork and their courage to challenge themselves.In order to understand the specific situation of conducting paddleboarding teaching in university physical education,this article will take the paddleboarding course in a university as an example to analyze changes in students'physical fitness and self-learning ability before and after training,which will put forward effective suggestions for how to better carry out paddleboarding in university physical education courses,so as to provide useful references for university physical education educators,further enrich the content of university physical education courses,and promote the healthy development of paddleboarding in university physical education.
