体卫融合式课程在医药院校体育教学中的实践研究

摘　　要：该研究在文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法的基础上,结合该课题组近10年的融合性教学经验和研究成果,设计并实践了体卫融合式课程,通过学生参与体卫融合式课程前后的问卷调研、体质测试,了解学生运动时长和身体素质的变化,并通过分析体卫融合式课程对学生产生影响的原因,探究体卫融合式课程在医药院校体育教学中开展的优越性,以及与我国大学生健康促进的需求匹配度。Based on the methods of literature,expert interviews and questionnaire surveys,and combined with the nearly ten years of integrated teaching experience and research results of the research group,this study designs and practices the sports-health integrated curriculum.Through questionnaire surveys and physical fitness tests before and after students'participation in the sports-health integrated curriculum,it understands changes in students'exercise duration and physical fitness,and by analyzing reasons for the impact of the sports-health integrated curriculum on students,it explores its superiority in physical education in medical colleges,as well as its matching degree with the needs of university students'health promotion in China.
