摘　　要：该研究旨在深入探讨南京市“10分钟社区健身圈”的现状、存在的问题及改进措施。通过文献综述、问卷调查和实地考察等多种方法,对南京市内多个“10分钟社区健身圈”进行了全面的研究分析。研究发现,南京市“10分钟社区健身圈”在设施配置、空间布局以及维护管理等方面存在不足,影响了居民参与健身活动的积极性和效果。同时,该研究也揭示了居民对社区健身圈的需求和期望,包括设施的多样性、便捷性以及良好的维护管理等。基于上述研究,该文提出了一系列改进建议,包括加强设施配置、完善维护管理以及提高居民参与度等,以期为南京市“10分钟社区健身圈”的未来发展提供参考和借鉴。This study aims to deeply explore the current situation,existing problems and improvement measures of the"10-minute community fitness circle"in Nanjing,and conducts a comprehensive research and analysis of multiple"10-minute community fitness circles"in Nanjing through various methods such as literature,questionnaires and field investigations.Research has found that the"10-minute community fitness circle"in Nanjing has shortcomings in terms of facility configuration,spatial layout and maintenance management,which affects the enthusiasm and effect of residents in participating in fitness activities.Meanwhile,this study also reveals the need and expectation of residents to community fitness circles,including the diversity,convenience and good maintenance management of facilities.Based on the above research,this article proposes a series of improvement suggestions,including strengthening facility configuration,improving maintenance management and increasing resident participation,in order to provide reference and models for the future development of the"10-minute community fitness circle"in Nanjing.
