摘 要:为了提高运输经济性、准时性和可靠性,在规划运输方式在途运输时间和节点中转时间模糊性的基础上,以运输费用最小为目标研究了带有时间窗的多式联运路径优化问题,构建了问题的模糊线性规划模型,分别采用模糊机会约束规划和模糊期望值规划对模型进行清晰化处理,得到其等价可解形式。研究表明,较模糊期望值规划,模糊机会约束规划能够更好地处理运输经济性和时间可靠性的矛盾,能够提供多种路径优化方案,满足客户对经济性和时间可靠性的不同需求。To improve the economy,timeliness and reliability of the transportation,the fuzziness of both travel times and node transshipping times of transportation modes is formulated,and the multimodal routing problem with time window that aims to minimize the transportation costs is accordingly explored.A fuzzy linear programming model is established for the problem,and the fuzzy chance-constrained programming and fuzzy expected value programming are separately employed to realize the defuzzification of the model to obtain its equivalent crisp reformulations that are solvable.It is revealed that compared with the fuzzy expected value programming,the fuzzy chance-constrained programming makes better tradeoffs between the economy and time reliability of the routing that are conflict with each other,and it is able to provide diverse routing schemes to satisfy the customer various demands on economy and time reliability.
