摘 要:利用计算流体动力学(CFD)手段,对明线无会车运行状态下的某型动车组列车空调冷凝侧进行仿真研究。结果表明:车速对空调冷凝风量和表面流场有较大影响,在叠加外流场的条件下冷凝风量随车速的增大而减小;相同车速下不同安装位置的空调机组受局部涡流区的干涉,尾车空调机组比头车和中间车的负压极值更低,冷凝风流动阻力增大,冷凝风机吸风更加困难。同一车厢的司机室空调机组比客室空调机组更靠近端部,因此冷凝风量下降比更大。By means of computational fluid dynamics(CFD),the air conditioner condensation side of a certain type of EMU train under the condition of non-meeting on open line was simulated.The results show that the increase of the vehicle speed has a great influence on the surface flow field of the air conditioner,and the condensation air volume is decreased with the increase of the vehicle speed under the condition of superimposing outflow field.At the same speed,the air conditioning units at different installation positions are interfered by local vortex region.Compared with the front and the middle cars,the rear car air conditioning unit has lower negative pressure extremum,and the condensation air flow resistance is increased,making it more difficult for the condensation fan to suck air.In the same carriage,the air conditioning unit in the driver cab is closer to the end than that in the passenger room,so the drop ratio of the condensation air volume is larger.
