摘  要:为对孔庄煤矿7436工作面二氧化碳惰化技术参数进行优化,介绍了矿井二氧化碳灌注工艺,建立了二氧化碳惰化采空区指标体系,确认了7436工作面惰化参数。使用Fluent数值模拟方法建立采空区物理模型,研究了不同注气口深度、不同注气量情况下采空区惰化效果以及上隅角二氧化碳体积分数,通过对比其惰化效果,得出最佳惰化技术参数。研究结果表明:当注气量增加到一定程度后,惰化采空区的效果便会减弱,而注气口深度对氧化带宽度的影响无显著规律,因此可得出注气量为影响惰化效果的主要因素。通过对比不同工况下的采空区氧化带宽度,综合考虑安全等因素,确定7436工作面当注气口深度为30 m,注气量为750 m^(3)/h时为最佳注惰参数。In order to optimize the technical parameters of carbon dioxide inerting in the 7436 working face of Kongzhuang coal mine,the coal mine carbon dioxide injection process is introduced,a carbon dioxide inerting goaf index system is established,and the inerting parameters of the 7436 working face are confirmed.The physical model of goaf is established by Fluent numerical simulation method.The inerting effect of goaf and the volume fraction of carbon dioxide in the upper corner are studied under different gas injection depths and volumes.By comparing their inerting effects,the optimal inerting technical parameters are obtained.The research results indicate that when the gas injection rate increases to a certain extent,the effect of inerting the goaf will weaken,while the depth of the gas injection port has no significant effect on the width of the oxidation zone.Therefore,it can be concluded that the gas injection rate is the main factor affecting the inerting effect.By comparing the width of the oxidation zone in the goaf under different working conditions and considering safety factors,the optimal inert gas injection parameter for 7436 working face is determined when the gas injection depth is 30 meters and the gas injection volume is 750 m^(3)/h.
