摘　　要：为研究化工企业环氧丙烷储罐泄漏有毒气云扩散距离及其影响因素,根据Box-Behnken试验设计原理,响应面法结合ALOHA软件探讨了泄漏孔径、储罐充填率、平均温度、平均风速、相对湿度等因素对环氧丙烷储罐泄漏有毒气云扩散距离的影响规律,结果表明:环氧丙烷储罐泄漏有毒气云最大扩散距离为2400 m,泄漏孔径、储罐充填率及其二次项、平均温度及其二次项对环氧丙烷储罐泄漏有毒气云扩散距离影响显著,平均温度和平均风速、平均风速和泄漏孔径交互作用显著。研究结果可为化工企业环氧丙烷储罐的应急管理提供参考。In order to study the diffusion distance and influencing factors of toxic gas cloud threat caused by epoxy propane(PO)tank leakage in chemical enterprises,based on the Box-Behnken experimental design principle,response surface methodology combined with ALOHA software are used to explore the impact of factors such as leakage aperture,tank filling rate,average temperature,average wind speed,and relative humidity on the area of toxic gas cloud threat caused by epoxy propane tank leakage.Results showed that the maximum threat area of toxic gas cloud caused by PO tank leakage is 2400m.The leakage diameter,filling rate of the tank and its quadratic term,average temperature and its quadratic term have a significant impact on the toxic gas cloud threat area of PO tank leakage.The interactions between average temperature and average wind speed,average wind speed and leakage aperture are significant.The research results can provide reference for the emergency management of epoxy propane storage tanks in chemical enterprises.
