摘 要:目的 总结维持性血液透析患者营养筛查与评估的最佳证据,为临床医护人员规范开展维持性血液透析患者营养管理提供循证依据。方法 计算机检索中英文数据库及相关网站中与维持性血液透析患者营养筛查与评估相关的文献,检索时限为建库至2023年10月。由2名研究者对文献进行检索、分类及质量评价,汇总证据条目并总结证据。结果 共纳入9篇文献,其中指南5篇、临床决策1篇、系统评价1篇、标准2篇,整合营养筛查与营养评估2个方面共13条证据。结论 总结的维持性血液透析患者营养筛查与评估的最佳证据切实可行,医护人员可在多学科合作和循证基础上为患者提供标准化的营养管理。Objective To summarize the best evidence of nutritional screening and evaluation of maintenance hemodialysis patients,and to provide evidence-based evidence for clinical staff to carry out standardized nutritional screening and evaluation of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods The literature related to nutritional screening and evaluation of maintenance hemodialysis patients was searched from the websites,and Chinese and English databases with the time setting from inception until October 2023.Two researchers screened the literature and conducted quality evaluation to summarize the evidence,and their recommendation level.Results A total of 9 articles were included,covering 5 guidelines,1 recommended practice,1 systematic review and 2 standards.A total of 13 pieces of evidence were integrated from the two aspects of nutrition screening and nutrition assessment.Conclusion The best evidence for nutritional screening and evaluation of maintenance hemodialysis patients is scientific and clinically practical,healthcare professionals can provide standardized nutrition management for patients based on multidisciplinary collaboration and evidence.
