摘　　要：针对某老旧“油改气”长输管道,业主利用内检测、补强、改线、阴极保护改造、多次定期检验等多种手段,使该老旧“油改气”长输管道平稳运行8年且累计使用年限达29年。本文对该老旧“油改气”长输管道开展了全面检验和使用评价,发现长输管道定期检验规则基本满足企业对该管道安全检验与评价需求,从检验机构角度强调了资料审查和高后果区调查的重要性,建议使用单位在城镇化发展中定期排查评估杂散电流源,最后提出了下一周期应进行内检测的建议。For an old“oil to gas”long distance pipeline,the owner used internal testing,reinforcement,route change,cathodic protection transformation,multiple periodic inspection and other means,so that the old“oil to gas”long distance pipeline has been running smoothly for 8 years and has been used for 29 years.This paper carried out a comprehensive inspection and operational evaluation of the old“oil to gas”long distance pipeline.It is found that the regular inspection rules for long-distance pipelines basically meet the needs of enterprises for safety inspection and evaluation of their pipelines.The importance of data review and investigation in high consequence areas is emphasized from the perspective of inspection institutions.It is suggested that users should regularly investigate and evaluate stray current sources in the development of urbanization.Finally,the suggestion that internal testing should be carried out in the next cycle is put forward.
