摘 要:某电厂锅炉掺烧煤化工产生的废弃渣盐,加剧了锅炉高、低温过热器受热面的管壁结渣及积灰,影响锅炉安全稳定运行。对煤灰、渣盐、渣样进行了成分分析,对比了渣盐化验数据及掺烧渣盐前、后飞灰化验数据,计算了煤灰的结渣特性和沾污特性指标,分析了煤灰的结渣倾向和沾污倾向,分析了添加渣盐后锅炉灰成分的变化对受热面结渣、沾污的影响。结果表明:大量掺烧高钠渣盐会导致锅炉受热面严重结渣,严重影响锅炉安全稳定运行。The waste slag salt produced by mixing coal chemical in the boiler of a power plant aggravates the slagging and ash accumulation on the tube wall of the heating surface of the boiler’s high and low temperature superheater,which affects the safe and stable operation of the boiler.The composition analysis of coal ash,slag salt and slag sample was carried out,the test data of slag salt and fly ash test data before and after mixing slag salt were compared,the slagging characteristics and fouling characteristics of coal ash were calculated,the slagging tendency and fouling tendency of coal ash were analyzed,and the influence of the change of ash composition after adding slag salt on the heating surface slagging and fouling was analyzed.The results show that a large amount of mixed high sodium slag salt will lead to serious slagging on boiler heating surface,and seriously affect the safe and stable operation of the boiler.
