摘　　要：本文以一起电梯安装过程中吊装钢丝绳断裂引发事故为案例,通过现场勘察、吊装钢丝绳受力分析、断口失效分析以及电梯安装工艺分析等,查明了导致事故的直接原因是电梯安装作业人员违反电梯制造单位的安装工艺,在轿厢内和轿顶采用手拉葫芦进行提升作业时的受力引起悬挂轿厢的钢丝绳发生过载性断裂。基于此,从电梯安装和使用管理方面提出相应预防对策。Taking an accident caused by the breakage of hoisting wire rope in the process of elevator installation as an example,through site investigation,force analysis of hoisting wire rope,fracture failure analysis and elevator installation process analysis,it was found out that the direct cause of the accident was that the elevator installation operators violated the installation process of the elevator manufacturer.The overload fracture of the steel wire rope hanging the car was caused by the force applied when the chain block was used for lifting operation in the car and on top of the car.Based on this,the corresponding preventive measures are proposed from the aspects of elevator installation and use management.
