摘 要:根据某市2017年以来锅炉能效测试及调查结果,发现该市工业锅炉能效普遍偏低,平均热效率绝大部分低于国家对工业锅炉热效率限定值的要求,以该市现有工业锅炉与国内、国际先进水平对比,表明节能潜力巨大。通过分析该市工业锅炉能效偏低的具体原因,研究提出工业锅炉中长期节能策略,为有关部门在具体项目实施过程中的方案论证提供参考和支持。Deng Jing Hu Weipeng(Guangxi Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute Guilin 541004)Abstract According to the results of boiler energy efficiency testing and investigation in a certain city since 2017,it is found that the energy efficiency of industrial boilers in the city is generally low,and the average thermal efficiency is mostly lower than the national requirements for the thermal efficiency limit of industrial boilers.By comparing the existing industrial boilers in the city with domestic and international advanced levels,it is shown that the energy-saving potential is enormous.By analyzing the specific reasons for the low energy efficiency of industrial boilers in the city,this study proposes medium to long-term energy-saving strategies for industrial boilers,in order to provide reference and support for relevant departments in the implementation process of specific projects.
