摘　　要：中国生态环境监测事权上收改革后,生态环境监测工作实施的主体呈现多元化发展趋势,作为生态环境监测关键“量具”的气体标准物质/标准样品涉及的制造商日趋多元化,其量值准确性和一致性直接影响中国大气环境监测数据的准确性和可比性。为掌握并提升中国生态环境监测在用气体标准物质/标准样品质量,总结了美国环境监测气体标准管理经验,提出中国气体监测用标准物质/标准样品管理建议,助力实现中国大气环境监测数据真、准、全、快、新。Following the reform that centralized authority over ecological and environmental monitoring in China,the principal entities implementing monitoring efforts have demonstrated a trend toward diversified development.The manufacturers,involving the creation of gas reference material/standard samples,which are pivotal measurement tools in ecological and environmental monitoring,are experiencing increasing diversification.The precision and consistency of their measurement values directly impact the accuracy and comparability of China's atmospheric environmental monitoring data.In an effort to master and enhance the quality of the in-use gas reference material/standard samples in China's ecological and environmental monitoring,experiences in managing gas reference material for environmental monitoring both domestically and internationally have been summarized.Consequently,recommendations for managing reference material/standard samples utilized in China's gas monitoring have been put forth,intending to fortify the veracity,precision,speed,comprehensiveness,and novelty of China's atmospheric environmental monitoring data.
