摘　　要：目的:评估持续脊髓神经阻滞对骨科下肢手术患者术后康复的影响。方法:选取2021年12月—2022年12月于广元市中心医院接受下肢手术的患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,各30例。试验组接受持续脊髓神经阻滞麻醉,对照组接受传统全身麻醉。比较两组疼痛评分、活动恢复时间、感觉和运动功能评估。结果:术后2、4、6、12、24 h,试验组数字模拟评分法评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);试验组活动恢复时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024);术后12、24 h,试验组感觉、运动功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨科下肢手术中行持续脊髓神经阻滞的患者术后疼痛程度较轻,活动恢复较早,感觉和运动功能更佳。Objective:To evaluate the effect of continuous spinal nerve block on postoperative rehabilitation of orthopedic lower limb surgery patients.Methods:Sixty patients who underwent lower limb surgery in Guangyuan Central Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,thirty cases each.The experimental group received continuous spinal nerve block anesthesia,and the control group received traditional general anesthesia.Pain scores,activity recovery time,sensory and motor function assessments were compared between the two groups.Results:At 2,4,6,12,and 24 h postoperatively,the score of the numerical analog scoring method in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the recovery time of activity in the experimental group was earlier than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024);at 12 and 24 h after surgery,the scores of sensory and motor functions of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients who underwent continuous spinal nerve block in orthopedic lower limb surgery had less postoperative pain,earlier recovery of activities,and better sensory and motor functions.
