摘　　要：目的:观察Foley's尿管球囊在妊娠晚期引产促宫颈成熟中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年8月湖南师范大学附属湘东医院产科收治的妊娠晚期引产孕妇82例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各41例。对照组应用缩宫素引产,观察组应用Foley's尿管球囊引产。比较两组促宫颈成熟效果、分娩方式、引产效果、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.043);观察组阴道分娩率较对照组高,剖宫产率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.046);观察组第一产程时间、引产至分娩时间短于对照组,产后2 h出血量少于对照组,新生儿1 min阿普加评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.043)。结论:Foley's尿管球囊在妊娠晚期引产促宫颈成熟中的应用效果显著,可加速产程,提高阴道分娩率,减少产后出血量,降低不良反应率。Objective:To observe the application effect of Foley's urethral balloon in promoting cervical ripening in induction of labor in late pregnancy.Methods:Eighty-two cases of pregnant women admitted to the Department of Obstetrics of Xiangdong Hospital Affiliated to Hunan Normal University for induction of labor in late pregnancy from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each with forty-one cases.The control group applied oxytocin to induce labor and the observation group applied Foley's urethral balloon to induce labor.The two groups were compared in terms of the effect of promoting cervical ripening,the mode of delivery,the effect of labor induction,and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.043);the vaginal delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the cesarean section rate was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.046);the time of the first stage of labor and the time from induction to delivery were shorter in the observation group than in the control group,the amount of hemorrhage in the 2 h postpartum period was less than in the control group,and the neonatal 1 min Apgar score was higher than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.043).Conclusion:The application of Foley's urethral balloon in induction of labor in late pregnancy to promote cervical ripening is effective,which can accelerate the labor process,increase the rate of vaginal delivery,reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,and reduce the rate of adverse reactions.
