电针少阳经特定穴治疗偏头痛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察电针少阳经特定穴治疗偏头痛的效果。方法:选取2020年2月—2022年4月滕州市龙泉社区卫生服务中心收治的偏头痛患者70例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为参照组与研究组,各35例。参照组采用谷维素及尼莫地平治疗,研究组在参照组基础上施以电针少阳经特定穴治疗。比较两组治疗效果、每次疼痛持续时间、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、中医证候评分。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.011)。治疗前,两组每次疼痛持续时间、VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组每次疼痛持续时间缩短,研究组短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组VAS评分降低,研究组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组眩晕、头痛、呕吐评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组眩晕、头痛、呕吐评分降低,研究组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针少阳经特定穴治疗偏头痛的效果显著,可缩短疼痛持续时间,减轻疼痛程度,改善中医证候。Objective:To observe the effect of electroacupuncture at specific points of Shaoyang meridian on migraine.Methods:A total of 70 migraine patients were selected as the research objects at Longquan Community Health Service Center of Tengzhou City from February 2020 to April 2022,and were divided into the control group and the research group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with glutamine and nimodipine,and the research group was treated with electroacupuncture at specific points of Shaoyang meridian on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect,pain duration,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and TCM syndrome score were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.011).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in pain duration and VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the duration of each pain in the two groups was shortened,the research group was shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the VAS score of the two groups was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in vertigo,headache and vomiting scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of vertigo,headache and vomiting in the two groups were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture at specific points of Shaoyang meridian is effective in treating migraine,which can shorten the duration of pain,reduce the degree of pain and improve the TCM syndromes.
