消痔灵原液与芍倍注射液治疗直肠脱垂的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较消痔灵原液与芍倍注射液治疗直肠脱垂的临床效果。方法:选取2020年9月—2022年12月遵义市播州区中医院收治的直肠脱垂患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组接受芍倍注射液治疗,观察组接受消痔灵原液治疗。比较两组治疗效果、便秘情况、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044)。治疗前,两组排便困难、便后不尽、排便频率、排便时间、肛门堆积堵塞、肛门检查评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组排便困难、便后不尽、排便频率、排便时间、肛门堆积堵塞、肛门检查评分降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良情况发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:消痔灵原液在直肠脱垂中的应用效果优于芍倍注射液,可提高治疗效果,缓解便秘情况,且未增加不良反应发生风险。Objective:To compare the clinical effect of Xiaozhiling liquid and Shaobei injection in the treatment of rectal prolapse.Methods:A total of 60 patients with rectal prolapse were selected as the research objects at Bozhou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Zunyi City from September 2020 to December 2022,and were divided into observation group and control group by random table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shaobei injection,and the observation group was treated with Xiaozhiling liquid.The treatment effect,constipation and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in defecation difficulty,incontinence after defecation,defecation frequency,defecation time,anal accumulation and blockage,and anal examination score(P>0.05);after treatment,difficulty in defecation,incontinence after defecation,defecation frequency,defecation time,anal accumulation and blockage,and anal examination score were decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse conditions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Xiaozhiling liquid in the treatment of rectal prolapse is better than that of Shaobei injection,which can improve the treatment effect and relieve constipation without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.
