通便法治疗功能性便秘的机制探析

摘　　要：功能性便秘为小儿常见疾病,主要表现为不思乳食、腹胀、腹痛、大便酸臭等,严重者会发生肛裂、便血,若不及时采取有效的干预措施,会影响患儿的身心健康。该文分析了儿童功能型便秘的病因病机,从解剖角度说明了通便法治疗思路及推拿手法并阐明其作用原理,同时列举医案1例,旨在为临床治疗小儿功能性便秘提供思路。Functional constipation is a common disease in pediatrics,which is mainly manifested as not thinking of breastfeeding,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,sour and smelly stools,etc.In severe cases,anal fissure and blood in stool may occur.If effective interventions are not taken in time,it will affect the physical and mental health of the affected children.This article analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of functional constipation in children,describes the massage technique of laxative method from the anatomical point of view and clarifies its principle of action,and cites a medical case,aiming to provide ideas for the clinical treatment of functional constipation in children.
