摘　　要：目的:分析超声心动图评估高血压性心脏病患者左心室舒张功能的价值。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月大理白族自治州祥云县人民医院收治的高血压性心脏病患者45例作为研究组,同时选取健康志愿者49例为参照组。两组均接受超声心动图和心电图检测。比较两组检测结果。结果:研究组室间隔及左心室后壁厚度大于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组二尖瓣舒张早期峰值流速/二尖瓣舒张晚期峰值流速、左心室射血分数小于参照组,左心房内径、主动脉内径大于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。超声心动图左心房肥大检出率高于心电图,差异有统计学意义(P=0.033)。两种检测方法左心室壁肥厚、左心室增大、心肌缺血检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超声心动图评估高血压性心脏病患者左心室舒张功能的价值较高,可准确检测心脏结构和功能异常。Objective:To analyze the value of echocardiography in evaluating left ventricular diastolic function in patients with hypertensive heart disease.Methods:A total of 45 patients with hypertensive heart disease were selected as the study group at Xiangyun County People's Hospital of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture from June 2022 to June 2023,and 49 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group.Both groups were examined by echocardiography and electrocardiogram.The results of the two groups were compared.Results:The thickness of the ventricular septum and the posterior wall of the left ventricle in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The early peak mitral valve diastolic flow rate/late peak mitral valve diastolic flow rate and left ventricular ejection fraction in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the left atrial diameter and aortic diameter were higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The detection rate of left atrial hypertrophy in echocardiography was higher than that in electrocardiogram,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.033).There was no significant difference in the detection rates of left ventricular wall hypertrophy,left ventricular enlargement and myocardial ischemia between the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion:Echocardiography has high value in evaluating left ventricular diastolic function in patients with hypertensive heart disease,and can accurately detect cardiac structural and functional abnormalities.
