摘　　要：目的:分析PDCA循环在提高药品盘点账物相符率中的价值。方法:回顾性分析2020年1月—2021年12月黔西南布依族苗族自治州人民医院药房账物数据,2020年1—12月为实施前,全年实施常规药品管理,2021年1—12月为实施后,全年实施PDCA循环的药品管理。比较实施前后药房药品盘点账物相符率。结果:实施后各月账物相符率及全年账物相符率高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施PDCA循环可提高药品盘点账物相符率,对提高医院药房管理水平及保障临床用药安全有积极影响。Objective:To analyze the value of PDCA cycle in improving the conformity rate of drug inventory.Methods:The account data of pharmacy were retrospectively analyzed in the People's Hospital of Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture from January 2020 to December 2021.Before the implementation,regular drug management was implemented throughout the year from January to December 2020,and after the implementation,PDCA cycle drug management was implemented throughout the year from January to December 2021.The conformity rate of drug inventory in pharmacy before and after implementation was compared.Results:After the implementation,the monthly and annual conformity rates were higher than those before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of PDCA cycle can improve the conformity rate of drug inventory,and has a positive impact on improving the management level of hospital pharmacy and ensuring clinical drug safety.
