摘 要:考察了石墨负极二次辊压中两次不同辊压比例对负极极片特性以及电池性能的影响。结果发现,二次辊压工艺的极片辊压厚度反弹率、剥离强度、烘烤厚度反弹率、电解液浸润厚度反弹率、满电厚度反弹率、电池首次效率、电池厚度均比一次辊压工艺的略小,其中第1次辊压比例越大,第2次辊压比例越小,结果也逐渐变小。电池残液量结果相反,电池内阻影响因素较多,与辊压工艺关联较小。Effects of two different roll ratios between double roll on the characteristics of negative electrode and battery performance were investigated.The results showed that the rebound rate of electrode rolling thickness,peel strength,baking thickness,electrolyte infiltration thickness,full charge thickness,first efficiency of the battery and battery thickness were slightly smaller than that of the single roll process,in which the larger the proportion of the first roll was,the smaller the proportion of the second roll was,and the result also gradually decreased.The amount of residual battery fluid is reversed.There are many factors affecting the internal resistance of the battery,they are less related to the rolling process.
