摘 要:刀圈作为掘进机破岩的关键零部件,其表面的磨损性能是影响掘进机服役寿命的主要因素之一,因此对TBM刀圈材料H13磨损行为进行仿真分析。通过试验研究TBM刀圈材料H13的磨损深度和磨损形貌;建立有限元模型,基于Archard模型计算磨损深度;引入ABAQUS二次开发UMESHMOTION子程序,配合ALE自适应网格修复机制,搭建刀圈原料受损情况的有限元磨损模型,得到H13材料的磨损分布特征和磨损深度分析结果。结果表明:随着磨损圈数增加,试样的磨损深度逐渐增加。仿真磨损深度与试验测验值较吻合。当磨损圈数为3000时,试样的磨损形貌及其内部区域单元节点分布特征为在高应力集中区内节点沿厚度方向(z向)发生偏移。在磨损时间为1 s时,试样接触应力达到最大值,随着磨损的进行,磨损深度下降速度逐渐降低。磨损区域的滑移距离与磨损分布特征保持一致,发生滑移越大区域磨损越深。As a key component of rock breaking in tunneling machines,the wear performance of the cutting ring surface is one of the main factors affecting the service life of the tunneling machine.Therefore,simulation analysis is conducted on the wear behavior of TBM cutting ring material H13.Study the wear depth and wear morphology of TBM tool ring material H13 through experiments;Establish a finite element model and calculate the wear depth based on the Archard model.Introducing ABAQUS for secondary development of the UMESHMOTION subroutine,combined with the ALE adaptive mesh repair mechanism,a finite element wear model for the damage of cutting ring raw materials is constructed,and the wear distribution characteristics and wear depth analysis results of H13 material are obtained.The results indicate that as the number of wear cycles increases,the wear depth of the sample gradually increases.The simulated wear depth is in good agreement with the experimental test values.When the number of wear cycles is 3000,the wear morphology of the sample and the distribution characteristics of internal unit nodes are that the nodes in the high stress concentration area shift along the thickness direction(z direction).When the wear time is 1 second,the contact stress of the sample reaches its maximum value,and as the wear progresses,the rate of decrease in wear depth gradually decreases.The slip distance in the wear area is consistent with the distribution characteristics of wear,and the greater the slip,the deeper the wear in the area.
