摘　　要：随着农村新基建的深入推进,新一代的数字技术和应用层出不穷,给乡村数字化治理、数字化服务和数字化产业带来转型和提升,但广大乡村的网络和算力资源不足,导致数字乡村的很多场景化应用能力较弱,影响乡村数字化转型的成效。为破解乡村治理有效、产业振兴等发展难题,运营商集自身的资源优势,以算网一体为基座,发挥5G、云计算、大数据、物联网、人工智能等技术优势,通过在全省多点布局算力资源与全光网络资源,针对湖南农村市场设计打造了“云网边端一体化”数字乡村云平台,实现了农村农业大数据、算力、算法的融合和智能调度,围绕乡村治理、产业、服务3个方面集中打造数字乡村核心应用集群,赋能乡村振兴创新应用。With the further promoting of new rural infrastructure,a new generation of digital technologies and applications are emerging,bringing transformation and improvement to rural digital governance,digital services,and digital industries.However,with the deficient network and computing resources in the vast rural areas,many scenario-based application capabilities of digital villages are insufficient,which affects the essential needs of rural digital transformation.In order to address the difficulties in rural governance efficiency and industrial revitalization,operators have integrated their own resource advantages,and brought into play technological advantages such as 5G,cloud computing,big data,Internet of Things,and artificial intelligence based on the integration of computing and network.Through multi-point layout of computing resources and all optical network resources throughout the province,a"cloud network edge integrated"digital rural cloud platform has been designed and created for the rural market in Hunan,which realizes the integration and intelligent scheduling of rural agricultural big data,computing power and algorithms,and builds a core application cluster for digital rural governance by focusing on rural governance,industry,and services,empowering innovative application in rural revitalization.
