摘  要:立德树人是高校根本任务,组织育人在落实立德树人根本任务中起着关键作用。高校各级各类组织应充分担负起组织育人重要职责,发挥好组织育人功能、确保组织育人实效。中国民用航空飞行学院(以下简称“中飞院”)作为一所行业特色鲜明的“蓝天学府”,深刻把握“典型引路”与“组织育人”相互关系,积极培育打造“全国样板”、“省级标杆”、“五四红旗团委”等组织“典型”,探索“典型”引领组织育人的具体实践路径,为全面推动落实立德树人根本任务,促进组织工作和育人工作深度融合,提供有益借鉴。Fostering virtue is the fundamental mission of colleges and universities and organiza-tional education plays a key role in performing this mission.All kinds of organizations at all levels in colleges and universities should fully shoulder the responsibility for organizational education,give full play to the function of organizational education and ensure the effectiveness of organizational education.As a"blue sky university"with distinctive industrial characteristics,the Civil Aviation Flight University of China(hereinafter referred to as"CAFUC")manages the relationship between"guidance of model"and"organizational education"well,cultivates and builds"national model","provincial benchmark"and"May Fourth Red Flag Youth League Committee"and other organizational"models"actively and ex-plores the specific practical pathway toward organizational education guided by"models"It will pro-vide beneficial experience for fully performing the fundamental mission of fostering virtue and promot-ing the deep integration of organizational work and education work.
