绿色金融对碳排放效率的影响——基于我国30个省份实证分析

摘　　要：为探究绿色金融与碳排放效率之间的关系,基于2005—2021年我国30个省份的数据,测算各省绿色金融发展水平及碳排放效率;并利用双向固定模型、中介效应模型、调节效应模型研究两者影响机制。研究表明:绿色金融对碳排放效率呈U型关系;绿色金融可通过技术创新、能源消费结构作用于碳排放效率;政府研发投入在绿色金融对碳排放效率的影响中起削弱U型趋势的作用;异质性分析发现在东部地区绿色金融对碳排放效率的影响呈U型关系,在中西部地区两者并不显著。为此政府及金融机构应完善绿色金融发展制度,大力缩小绿色金融发展差距,推动技术创新和能源消费结构优化。To explore the relationship between green finance and carbon emission efficiency,based on data from 30 provinces in China from 2005 to 2021,the development level of green finance and carbon emission efficiency in each province were calculated;And using bidirectional fixed model,mediation effect model,and regulatory effect model to study the impact of green finance on carbon emission efficiency.The study shows that green finance has a U-shaped relationship with carbon emission efficiency;Green finance can affect carbon emission efficiency by influencing technological innovation and energy consumption structure;Government R&D investment plays a role in weakening the U-shaped trend in the impact of green finance on carbon emission efficiency;Heterogeneity analysis found that in the eastern region,the impact of green finance on carbon emission efficiency shows a U-shaped relationship,while the relationship between the two is not significant in the central and western regions.Therefo-re,the government and financial institutions should improve the development system of green finance;Vigorously narrowing the gap in green finance development through regional cooperation;Create a good innovation atmosphere,promote technological innovation and optimize energy consumption structure.
