摘  要:为研究某金属尾矿工艺矿物学特征并探索其科学的综合利用方向,通过工艺矿物学手段系统分析了尾矿的化学成分、矿物成分、粒度分布、钨物相分布等特征,并以此为基础探讨了该尾矿的综合利用方向。结果显示:该尾矿为高硅型多金属尾矿,主要脉石矿物石英、白云母和钾长石含量约为80%;尾矿中WO_(3)品位0.059%,以白钨矿为主,属细粒、微细粒超贫钨矿。因此,建议综合利用方向为:对尾矿中WO_(3)和石英、白云母、钾长石等脉石矿物进行再选提纯及精深加工,再将最终尾矿作为建材原料利用。钨回收分选工艺包括粗选预富集试验和加温脱药精选试验等,脉石矿物提纯的原则流程包括脱泥和磁选除铁等,最终尾矿宜作为建筑原料制备烧结砖和免蒸免烧砖整体利用。本研究为同类尾矿选矿试验和资源化综合利用提供了依据。To study the process mineralogical characteristics of a metal tailing and explore the direction of its scientific comprehensive utilization,we studied the chemical and mineral composition,particle size distribution,tungsten mineral phase distribution,and other characteristics of the tailing by means of process mineralogy.Based on this,the comprehensive utilization of the tailings was discussed.The results show that the tailings are high-silica polymetallic tailings,with the main vein minerals being quartz,muscovite,and potassium feldspar,accounting for about 80%.The WO3 grade in the tailings is 0.059%,mainly in the form of scheelite,and belongs to the category of fine-grained and microfine-grained ultra-poor tungsten ore.Therefore,it is suggested that the direction of comprehensive utilization is as follows:re-selection,purification,and deep processing of WO3,quartz,muscovite,potassium feldspar,and other vein minerals in the tailings,and then the final tailings can be utilized as raw materials for building materials.The tungsten recovery sorting process includes roughing pre-enrichment tests and heating and de-drugging selection tests.The principal process of purifying vein minerals includes desliming and magnetic separation to remove iron.The final results indicate that the tailings are suitable to be utilized as raw materials for the preparation of sintered bricks and non-steamed,non-sintered bricks.This study provides a basis for beneficiation tests and comprehensive resource utilization of similar tailings.
