摘　　要：以脉图参数为主要诊断依据的数字化脉诊技术是中医诊断现代化、智能化发展的重要成果之一,脉诊仪采集脉象信号进行特征分析促进了中医脉诊的客观化、数字化发展。本文从脉诊仪的传感器类型及研究成果、脉象信号分析方法及应用、多源信号融合的传感器研发和分析方法,以及脉图参数和心血管疾病的相关性研究方面探讨数字化脉诊技术的研究应用进展,为数字化脉诊技术的进一步发展提供新的研究思路和方法。Digital pulse diagnosis technology based on pulse chart parameters is one of the important achievements of the modernization and intelligent development of TCM diagnosis.Pulse diagnosis instrument collects pulse signals for feature extraction and analysis,which promotes the objectification and digital progress of TCM pulse diagnosis.This article discussed the research and application progress of the digital pulse diagnosis technology from four aspects:sensor types and research achievements of pulse diagnosis instrument,the application of pulse signals analysis method,research and analysis methods for multi-source signal fusion sensors,and the correlation between pulse parameters and cardiovascular disease,so as to provide new research ideas and methods for the further development of digital pulse diagnosis technology.
