恩格斯城市居住正义思想的三重论域

摘　　要：伴随着城市化的高歌猛进,如何消解城市居住正义困境日益成为人们进行理论和实践探索的焦点。恩格斯围绕城市居住正义“何以呈现”“何以产生”“何以突围”三大核心论域,建构起马克思主义城市居住正义的新范式。其城市居住正义思想不仅包含着他对资本主义城市居住正义困境的深刻揭露,也有他对资本主义城市居住正义困境产生原因的深度剖析,更有他对实现城市居住正义路径的有益探索。面对当前我国城市居住正义的困境,要从恩格斯迈向城市居住正义的远大卓识中汲取力量,进而为新时期我国建设更加宜居的人民城市提供强而有力的理论依据。With the rapid progress of urbanization,how to resolve the dilemma of urban residential justice has in⁃creasingly become the focus of theoretical and practical exploration.Engels constructed a new paradigm of Marx⁃ist urban residential justice around the three core domains of“how to present”,“how to produce”,and“how to break through”.His ideas on urban residential justice not only contain his profound exposure to the dilemma of capitalist urban residential justice,but also his in-depth analysis of the reasons for the dilemma of capitalist ur⁃ban residential justice,and his beneficial exploration of the path to achieving urban residential justice.Faced with the current dilemma of urban residential justice in China,we need to draw strength from Engels’great vision towards urban residential justice,and provide strong theoretical basis for building more livable people’s cities in China in the new era.
