摘　　要：血小板减少症是急性冠状动脉综合征常见的并发症之一,抗血小板治疗是急性冠状动脉综合征患者术后常用的辅助治疗手段。用药不合理会增加急性冠状动脉综合征合并血小板减少症患者发生出血的风险,严重危害患者的生命健康。基于此,该文分析1例急性冠状动脉综合征合并血小板减少症患者的病历资料,探讨急性冠状动脉综合征合并血小板减少症患者的临床用药情况。Thrombocytopenia is one of the common complications of acute coronary syndrome.Antiplatelet therapy is a commonly used adjuvant therapy for patients with acute coronary syndrome after surgery.Medication inattention increases the risk of bleeding in patients with acute coronary syndrome complicated with thrombocytopenia,which seriously endangers the life and health of patients.Based on this,this paper analyzed the medical records of a patient with acute coronary syndrome complicated with thrombocytopenia,and discussed the clinical medication situation of acute coronary syndrome complicated with thrombocytopenia.
