焦三仙汤联合纳气敷脐散贴神阙穴治疗小儿脾虚食积型便秘的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨焦三仙汤联合纳气敷脐散贴神阙穴治疗小儿脾虚食积型便秘的效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年6月南宁市中医医院儿科脾虚食积型便秘患儿60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予复合乳酸菌胶囊治疗,观察组给予焦三仙汤联合纳气敷脐散贴神阙穴治疗。比较两组治疗效果、症状积分、生活质量。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,两组排便费力、大便性状、排便不尽、肛门直肠阻塞、排便次数、排便时间、气短、神疲、乏力、懒言评分降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1周、1个月、6个月,两组日常生活能力量表评分高于治疗前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:焦三仙汤联合纳气敷脐散贴神阙穴治疗脾虚食积型便秘的效果显著,能够改善患儿症状,提高生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of Jiaosanxian decoction combined with Naqi Fuqi powder sticking Shenque point in the treatment of constipation of spleen deficiency and food accumulation in children.Methods:A total of sixty children with spleen deficiency and food accumulation constipation in the Pediatrics Department of Nanning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.The control group was treated with complex lactic acid bacteria capsule,and the observation group was treated with Jiaosanxian decoction combined with Naqi Fuqi powder sticking Shenque point.The treatment effect,symptom score and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);after treatment,the scores of defecation effort,stool characteristics,incomplete defecation,anorectal obstruction,defecation frequency,defecation time,shortness of breath,mental fatigue,fatigue and lazy speech were decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);at 1 week,1 month and 6 months after treatment,the Daily Living Ability Scale Score of the two groups was higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiaosanxian decoction combined with Naqi Fuqi powder sticking Shenque point has a remarkable effect on the treatment of spleen deficiency and food accumulation constipation,which can improve the symptoms of children and improve the quality of life.
