大承气汤加减治疗阳明病的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探究大承气汤加减治疗阳明病的临床应用价值。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年7月毕节市七星关区小坝中心卫生院收治的阳明病患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用大承气汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床恢复时间、中医证候积分、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);观察组胃肠道功能恢复时间、下床活动时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组胃胀、反酸、呕吐及恶心评分低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在西医治疗基础上给予中药大承气汤加减治疗可缩短阳明病患者的临床恢复时间,提高临床疗效,改善各项中医证候积分,安全性较高。Objective:To explore the clinical application value of modified Dachengqi decoction in the treatment of Yangming disease.Methods:Sixty patients with Yangming disease admitted to Bijie Qixingguan District Xiaoba Central Health Center from January 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with thirty patients in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,the observation group was treated with modified Dachengqi decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,clinical recovery time,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);gastrointestinal function recovery time,getting out of bed time and hospitalization time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of bloating,acid reflux,vomiting and nausea in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of western medicine treatment,modified Dachengqi decoction can shorten the clinical recovery time of Yangming disease patients,improve clinical efficacy,improve the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,and have high safety.
