摘  要:采用不同长径比的双螺杆挤出机制备HIPS阻燃料,对阻燃HIPS的阻燃性能进行了比较,通过测量挤出机的功率来计算其能耗并测试了试样的抗拉强度。结果表明,在一定的长径比范围内,大长径比耗能相对最低,能够节省大量能源,有利于工业化生产。HIPS flame retardant fuel was prepared using twin-screw extrusion mechanisms with different length to diameter ratios,and the flame retardant performance of HIPS was compared.The energy consumption of HIPS was calculated by measuring the power of the extruder and the tensile strength of the sample was tested.The results indicate that within a certain range of aspect ratios,high aspect ratios have the lowest energy consumption and can save a lot of energy,which is beneficial for industrial production.
