摘　　要：我公司的硫化模具长时间多频次对轮胎进行硫化,使硫化模具内表面橡胶附着在上面,影响轮胎表面光洁度以及花纹质量,并会使生产的轮胎不符合生产工艺。喷砂机主要通过磨料对轮胎设备的硫化模具起到冲击和切削作用,使工件的表面获得一定的清洁度和不同的粗糙度。喷砂机可以把设备表面的杂质、杂色及氧化层清除掉,同时使介质表面粗化,起到消除工件残余应力和提高基材表面硬度的作用。Our company's vulcanization molds vulcanize tires for a long time and multiple times,causing the rubber on the inner surface of the vulcanization mold to adhere to it,will affect the surface smoothness and pattern quality of the tires,causing the produced tires do not comply with the production process.The sandblasting machine mainly uses abrasive to impact and cut the vulcanization mold of the tire equipment to achieved a certain level of cleanliness and different roughness on the surface of the workpiece.The sandblasting machine can remove impurities,impurities,and oxide layers from the surface of the equipment,while roughening the surface of the medium,which plays a role in eliminating residual stress on the workpiece and improving the surface hardness of the substrate.
