血管介入联合胫骨横向骨搬运技术治疗老龄患者下肢重症缺血性溃疡

摘　　要：目的探讨老龄下肢重症缺血性溃疡患者应用血管介入联合胫骨横向骨搬运技术保肢治疗策略及体会。方法2020年3月-2023年4月收治22例老龄下肢重症缺血性溃疡患者,经积极手术及血管介入合作治疗,成功保肢。术后随访0.5~1年,患肢功能逐步恢复,保肢治疗有效。结果对于下肢重症缺血性溃疡的老年患者,血管介入联合胫骨横向骨搬运技术治疗能达到满意的保肢效果。结论血管介入联合胫骨横向骨搬运技术能有效治疗老龄下肢重症缺血性溃疡,可以在临床上推广应用,使得老龄患者保肢治疗更积极。Objective To investigate the limb salvage strategy and treatment experience of severe ischemic ulcer of the lower extremity in elderly patients.Methods From March 2020 to April 2023,our department completed limb salvage treatment for 22 elderly patients with severe ischemic ulcer of lower limbs.After aggressive surgery and multidisciplinary treatment,the patient was able to salvage his limbs.Results For elderly patients with severe ischemic ulcer of the lower limbs,interventional therapy combined with transverse tibial bone transport therapy could achieve satisfactory limb salvage effect.Conclusion Interventional therapy combined with transverse tibial bone transport can effectively treat severe ischemic ulcer of the lower limbs in elderly patients,which is worthy of clinical application,and limb salvage therapy in elderly patients can be more active.
