摘 要:设计了一套实验用可视化模具,借助高速摄像机对射砂全过程进行记录,并测量射砂量与最大充型高度,以表征该次射砂过程中砂粒的流动与充型能力。实验结果表明:射砂压头的降低与射砂时间的延长有利于芯壳的充填,粗砂粒能更高效完成简单小型芯盒的充填,而对于大型复杂芯盒,采用细砂粒更好。In this paper,a set of visualized mold was designed to record the whole process of sand shooting with the help of high-speed camera,measure the quality of sand shooting and the maximum filling height,so as to characterize the flow and filling capacity of sand particles in the process of sand shooting.The experimental results show that the reduction of shooting pressure head and the prolongation of shooting time are beneficial to the filling of core shell.Coarse sand can complete the filling of simple and small core boxes more efficiently,while fine sand is better for large and complex core boxes.
