摘 要:通过使用铸造CAE射砂模拟软件对复杂内腔气缸盖水套砂芯开展射砂模拟计算,分析得出射砂后水套砂芯喷油器孔区域存在砂密度低、不致密的问题,是造成铸件内腔出现烧结的主要原因。根据对烧结区域砂芯上射嘴面积、排气面积的计算及原理分析,优化调整射嘴、排气塞的规格及布置,然后再进行射砂模拟计算及分析,最终确定了模具上射嘴及排气塞的整改实施方案。通过生产验证,整改后砂芯成型完整、致密紧实,铸件内腔无粘砂,喷油器孔区域无烧结,铸件内腔清洁度改善效果明显。By using the casting CAE sand shooting simulation software to conduct sand shooting simulation calculations on the complex inner cylinder head water jacket sand core,it was analyzed that the sand density is low and not dense in the water jacket sand core injector hole area after sand shooting,which is the main reason for the occurrence of sintering in the inner cavity of the casting.Based on the calculation and principles analysis of the nozzle area and exhaust area on the sintering area,the specifications and layout of the nozzle and exhaust plug were optimized and adjusted.Then,sand injection simulation calculation and analysis were carried out.Finally,the implementation plan for the rectification of the nozzle and exhaust plug on the mold was determined.Through production verification,the sand core has been formed completely and densely after rectification,with no sand sticking in the casting cavity,no sintering in the fuel injector hole area.The cleanliness of the inner cavity of the casting has been significantly improved.
