摘　　要：为了实现成渝中线高速铁路工程建设对环境影响有效控制的目标,通过地质工程条件、环境敏感区、城市规划、技术标准适应、路网布局与经济发展及地方政府意见等多方面的方案比选,从而满足技术可行、环境影响可控的选线要求。分析高速铁路选线对环境要素的影响、不同环境敏感区段选线要求及不可避让条件下的环境保护措施要点,以期为同类环境敏感区选线提供参考。In order to achieve the goal of effectively controlling the environmental impact of the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing midde line high-speed railway,the scheme comparison is carried out through various aspects such as geological engineering conditions,environmental sensitive areas,urban planning,technical standard adaptation,road network layout,economic development and local government opinions,so as to achieve the requirements of technically feasible and controllable environmental impact.Analyze the influence of high-speed railway route selection on environmental factors,the requirements of different environmentally sensitive sections and the key points of environmental protection measures under the condition of non-avoidance,in order to provide reference for similar environmentally sensitive areas.
