摘  要:生物油脂脱氧制备第二代生物柴油具有绿色环保、可再生、热值高、可与石化柴油任意比例混合使用等优势。针对当前在该领域研究较热的Ni基无硫负载型催化剂,从反应性能角度出发对近年来的研究进展进行分析论述,具体包括提高产物碳收率、提高催化剂稳定性以及优化反应条件3个方面,得出当前Ni基负载型催化剂取得的进展和存在的问题,以期为高性能油脂脱氧催化剂的设计提供参考。The preparation of the second generation biodiesel from fats and oils deoxidation has the advantages of green environmental protection,renewable,high calorific value,and can be mixed with petrochemical diesel in any proportion.In view of the current hot research in the field of Ni-based sulfurfree supported catalysts,the research progress in recent years was analyzed and discussed from the perspective of reaction performance,including improving product carbon yield,improving catalyst stability and optimizing reaction conditions.The progress and existing problems of the current Ni-based supported catalysts were obtained,in order to provide reference for the design of high performance fats and oils deoxidation catalyst.
