数字经济驱动乡村产业发展了吗?——来自省际层面的证据

摘　　要：近年来数字经济的飞速发展为乡村振兴提供了新机遇。研究运用2013—2021年省际面板数据,构建数字经济和乡村产业发展测度指标,实证评估数字经济对乡村产业发展的影响效应。研究发现,数字经济能够显著促进乡村产业发展,并通过城镇化水平实现促进作用。进一步分析发现,数字经济发展具有负向的空间溢出效应,本地的数字经济发展水平一定程度会抑制邻近地区乡村产业发展水平。In recent years,the rapid development of digital economy has provided new opportunities for rural revitalization.This study uses the inter-provincial panel data from 2013 to 2021 to build measurement indicators of digital economy and rural industry development,and empirically evaluates the impact of digital economy on rural industry development.It is found that the digital economy can significantly promote the development of rural industries,and realize the promotion effect through the level of urbanization.Further analysis shows that the development of digital economy has a negative spatial spillover effect,and the development level of local digital economy will inhibit the development level of rural industry in neighboring areas to a certain extent.Based on the research conclusions,this paper proposes to integrate digital economy and rural industrial development into a unified strategic framework,and comprehensively apply policy methods such as“addition,subtraction,multiplication and division”to inject more powerful impetus into agricultural and rural modernization.
