摘 要:以硝酸锌和钛酸四丁酯为主要原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了ZnO-TiO_(2)复合光催化剂,用于降解张北坝上地区污水中的有机物,并对其性能进行研究。用XRD、UV-Vis对催化剂的晶体结构和催化剂光吸收的性能进行表征。结果表明:ZnO-TiO_(2)复合光催化剂主要以锐钛矿相TiO_(2)和立方Zn_(2)TiO_(4)晶相存在,较纳米TiO_(2)紫外线吸收能力强,且吸收带宽化并发生红移。在5%的n(Zn)∶n(Ti)=3∶15复合光催化剂,经避光吸附30min后,20W紫外灯照射5h,污水中有机物的降解率为89.2%。ZnO-TiO_(2) composite photocatalyst was prepared by sol-gel method with the reagent of Zn(NO_(3))_(2) and C_(16)H_(36)O_(4)Ti,and it was used to degrade organic matters in wastewater from Bashang area of Zhangbei,and its performance was investigated.XRD and UV-Vis were used to characterize the crystal structure and photo absorption of the catalysis.The results showed that ZnO-TiO_(2) composite photocatalyst mainly existed anatase phase TiO_(2) and cubic Zn_(2)TiO_(4) crystalline phase,which strengthened the ultraviolet absorption ability than nano-TiO_(2),and with a bandwidth-absorption and red-shift.At the dosage of 5%,when the compound photocatalyst with n(Zn)∶n(Ti)ratio of 3∶15 was absorbed in dark for 30 min and irradiated by 20 W ultraviolet lamp for 5 h,the degradation rate of organic matters in sewage was 89.2%.
