摘  要:为实现医院输液治疗的集中化管理以及家庭输液治疗的可移动式支持,本研究采用物联网技术和超声波检测技术,通过多点位压力传感器、WiFi和蓝牙模块及半挤压式蠕动泵结构,开发设计了一款智能化便携式输液泵,能按照设定参数进行精准调控输液状态,可实现堵塞、气泡等故障的实时检测,并具有智能语音报警提醒功能。该输液泵的设计集高精度、高灵敏度、低功耗和高便携性等特点,适用于医院内外患者的不同输液情况,提高患者的就诊安全性和舒适度,符合构建以物联网为基础的智能化医疗系统的趋势。In order to realize centralized management of infusion therapy in hospital and mobile support of infusion therapy at home,this study uses Internet of Things technology and ultrasonic detection technology to develop and design an intelligent portable infusion pump through multi-point pressure sensor,WiFi,Bluetooth module and semi-extrusive peristaltic pump structure,which can accurately control infusion state according to set parameters.It can realize the real-time detection of blockage,bubble and other faults,and has the function of intelligent voice alarm.The infusion pump has features such as high precision,high sensitivity,low power consumption and high portability.The design is suitable for different infusion conditions of patients inside and outside the hospital,improve the safety and comfort of patients,in line with the trend of building intelligent medical system based on the Internet of Things.
