中国地理标志畜产品的时空分布特征与趋势研判

摘  要:地理标志畜产品在促进农业转型升级和区域经济发展上发挥着重要作用。本文通过地理集中指数和ArcGIS空间核密度分析等方法,梳理了中国地理标志畜产品的时空分布特征,并研判未来发展趋势。研究发现:(1)在时序维度上,地理标志畜产品数量呈现出曲折上升、平稳发展和迅速下降三个阶段性的变化特征,且以肉类的地理标志为主,蛋类和奶类的地理标志极少;(2)在空间维度上,地理标志畜产品呈现出“西多东少、南多北少”的空间分异局面,并且形成了以青海、山东和贵州为中心的核心密集区;(3)从畜产品类型看,肉类的地理标志主要集中在山东省西南部、青海省东南部和贵州省南部,蛋类主要集中在辽宁省、湖北省和贵州省,奶类没有明显的聚集;(4)今后,地理标志畜产品的数量和将进一步增加、地理标志畜产品的认证步伐将加快、地理标志畜产品的生产过程将向绿色转型、地理标志畜产品的溢价实现方式将不断完善。基于此,本文提出应加强品牌宣传、完善经营模式、优化区域布局、强化政策支持,以推动地理标志畜产品的发展。Geographical Indication livestock products play an important role in promoting agricultural transformation and upgrading regional economic development.This paper uses the geographical concentration index and ArcGIS spatial kernel density analysis to sort out the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of GI livestock products in China,and discusses the future development trend.It found that:(1)in the temporal dimension,the number of GI livestock products showed three phased changes characteristics:tortuous rise,steady development and rapid decline,with CI products of meat as the mainstay while those of eggs and milk as the least;(2)in the spatial dimension,GI livestock products show a spatial differentiation situation of"more in the west and less in the east,more in the south and less in the north",and formed a core dense area centered on Qinghai,Shandong and Guizhou;(3)from the perspective of animal product types,the GI products of meat are mainly concentrated in the southwest of Shandong,the southeast of Qinghai and the south of Guizhou,while eggs are mainly concentrated in Lia-oning,Hubei and Guizhou,and there is no obvious aggregation of milk;(4)in the future,the number and quantity of GI livestock products will be further increased,the certification of GI livestock products will be more confirmed,the production process of GI livestock products will be transformed to green,and.the way of realizing the premium of CI livestock products will be continuously improved.Based on these,this paper proposes to strengthen brand promotion,improve business models,optimize regional layout,and strengthen policy support to promote the development of GI livestock products.
