摘 要:某型直升机在外场使用过程中发现批量性尾桨操纵钢索断丝现象,严重影响飞行安全。依据钢索技术标准及工作机理,通过对收集的尾桨操纵钢索断丝时机和断丝数量进行分析,并对钢索断丝进行技术检查,确定为因清洁润滑不到位、装配调整不符合标准等原因导致受力不均,应力集中磨损加剧从而疲劳断丝,疲劳裂纹萌生于钢丝表面微动磨损处,部分钢丝为过载断裂。通过原因分析,制定实用有效的日常维护措施,减少钢索非正常损耗,延长钢索使用寿命,从而避免因钢索断丝导致尾桨操纵失效的发生。A certain helicopter was found to have a batch of wire breakage in the manipulating cable of the tail propeller in the pro-cess of use,which seriously affected flight safety.Based on the technical standards and working mechanism of the steel cable,by ana-lyzing the timing and quantity of the broken wires collected,and conducting the technical inspection of the broken wires,it was deter-mined that the uneven stress caused by inadequate cleaning and lubrication,Assembly adjustments not in accordance with standards,and wear intensified caused by stress concentration,which resulted in fatigued broken wires.Fatigue cracks originated at the mi-crowear area on the surface of steel wire,and some steel wires were fractured because of overload.Through cause analysis,practical and effective daily maintenance measures were formulated to reduce abnormal loss of cables,extend their service life,and thus avoid the occurrence of tail propeller manipulating failure caused by wire breakage of steel cables.
