摘　　要：采用具有吸湿发热特性的改性腈纶,具有保暖、抗菌和远红外性能的中空石墨烯涤纶和经生物基OPHB处理过的棉纤维纺制多组分功能性纱线,并织造平纹、斜纹、缎纹和蜂巢组织的面料来开发保暖织物。用灰色近优法对纱线和织物进行性能评价。结果表明:纱线具有较优的抗菌、除异味性能,蜂巢组织织物的透气性和保暖性能更好。Using the moisture absorption and heat generation characteristics of modified acrylic fiber,the warmth retention,antibacterial and far-infrared properties of hollow Graphene polyester fiber,and the cotton fiber treated with bio based OPHB,multi-component functional yarn is spun,and fabrics with plain weave,twill,satin and honeycomb structures are woven to develop thermal insulation fabric.The performance of yarns and fabrics is evaluated using the grey near optimal method.The results show that the yarn has better antibacterial and odor removal properties,the honeycomb weave fabrics has better breathability and thermal insulation performance.
