摘 要:中国加工椰糠与椰壳纤维所需的椰衣、椰壳主要从国外进口,国内原材料供给不足,市场潜力巨大,因此培育椰子高品质深加工新品种具有重要意义。本研究利用已发表的椰子基因组数据,共鉴定出10个椰子CESA基因家族成员并对其进行了基因结构分析、蛋白理化性质分析、亚细胞定位预测、蛋白质保守结构域预测、超二级结构预测分析、三级结构同源建模、蛋白跨膜螺旋预测、系统进化树构建及表达谱分析。蛋白理化性质与亚细胞定位分析显示,椰子CESA成员蛋白多为酸性蛋白,且主要定位于细胞质膜上。进化分析显示,椰子CESA基因家族成员可分为5组,组内基因同源性较高,组间差异较小,所有家族成员均含有N端锌指结构域和纤维素合酶结构域,基因结构相似。聚类及表达谱分析显示,CoCESA3、CoCESA4、CoCESA6、CoCESA8与已报道的拟南芥、水稻初生细胞壁合成相关CESA基因聚类在一起,并在成熟叶片、幼叶、胚、胚乳和愈伤组织中都有较高的表达量,其可能参与了初生细胞壁合成且在整个植物生长发育过程中发挥作用。本研究鉴定了10个椰子CESA基因家族成员并对其进行了生物信息学分析,为椰子CESA基因家族功能的进一步研究提供基础,并为高质量深加工椰子新品种的分子育种提供候选基因。The raw materials to process coconut coir and coconut coir fibers are mainly imported from abroad.And there is huge market potential,because the supply of raw materials is insufficient in China.Therefore,it is of great significance to cultivate new varieties of coconuts with high quality and deep processing.In this study,we used published coconut genome data and identified 10 coconut CESA gene family members.And we performed gene structure analysis,protein physicochemical property analysis,subcellular localization prediction,protein conservation domain prediction,super-secondary structure prediction analysis,tertiary structure homology modeling,protein transmembrane helix prediction,phylogenetic tree construction and expression profile analysis of these 10 coconut CESA gene family members.Protein physicochemical property analysis and subcellular localization analysis showed that coconut CESA member's proteins were acidic proteins mostly,and they were mainly located on the cell plasma membrane.Evolutionary analysis shows that the members of the coconut CESA gene family could be divided into 5 groups.The genes within the group had high gene homology and small differences between groups.All family members contained the N-terminal zinc finger domain and cellulose synthase domain.And these family members had similar gene structures.Clustering and expression profile analysis showed that CoCESA3,CoCESA4,CoCESA6,and CoCESA8 clustered together with the reported CESA genes related to primary cell wall synthesis in Arabidopsis and rice,and were found in mature leaves,young leaves,embryos,endosperm and callus.It has a high expression level in the coconut,which may participate in the synthesis of primary cell wall and play a role in the entire plant growth and development process.In a word,this study identified 10 coconut CESA gene family members and performed bioinformatics analysis on them.It provides a basis for further research on the functions of coconut CESA gene family and provides candidate genes for molecular breedin
