摘 要:为培育出高产、优质、田间综合抗性好的香型水稻新品种,本研究以优质、抗性好的品种‘柳香占’和‘野香占’为亲本,经过多代分子标记检测和系谱选育,结合田间综合农艺性状和谷粒香味咀嚼,育成聚合抗稻瘟病基因Pi5、Pia、Pita及香味基因Badh2-E7的丰产优质香型常规稻新品种‘桂野香占’。‘桂野香占’丰产稳产性好、田间综合抗性较好、米质优、有香味,于2020年和2021年先后通过了广西和江西农作物品种审定委员会审定,具有较大的推广应用潜力。‘桂野香占’的育成可有效缓解市场对丰产优质香型水稻的迫切需求,同时也为香稻新品种的选育提供良好的材料基础和技术路径参考。In order to cultivate a new aromatic rice variety with high yield,high quality,and good comprehensive resistance in the field,this study utilized the high-quality and resistant varieties'Liuxiangzhan'and'Yexiangzhan'as parents.Through molecular marker detection and pedigree selection,a new high-yield,high-quality,and aromatic conventional rice variety named'Guiyexiangzhan'was bred.This variety combines blast resistance genes Pi5,Pia and Pita with the fragrance gene Badh2-E7,alongside comprehensive field agronomic traits and evaluation of grain aroma and flavor through chewing.'Guiyexiangzhan'boasts high and stable yields,good comprehensive field resistance,superior rice quality,and a distinct aroma.It was successively approved by the Crop Variety Appraisal Committees of Guangxi and Jiangxi in 2020 and 2021,demonstrating significant potential for widespread adoption and application.The development of'Guiyexiangzhan'can effectively meet the market's urgent demand for high-yield,high-quality aromatic rice varieties.Additionally,it provides a solid material foundation and serves as a technical reference for the selection and breeding of new aromatic rice varieties.
