摘 要:为了提高结缕草属(Zoysia Willd.)种质资源的利用率,本研究以43份结缕草属种质为材料,对其11个数量性状和9个质量性状的遗传变异、性状相关性、主成分和聚类进行分析。结果表明:结缕草属不同种质资源形态特征具有广泛的变异,变异系数均大于20%,尤其是小穗柄长、花序长、小穗长和叶长;相关性分析展现出各个指标间不是相互独立的,其关联度程度高;主成分分析将20个性状归为6个主成分,累计贡献率为67.526%。聚类分析将43份结缕草材料分为4个类群,其中第Ⅰ类群草层低矮稀疏,整体表现不佳,第Ⅱ类群草层低矮浓密,可用作草坪草育种的材料,第Ⅲ类群草层高大,叶片长而宽,可以作为固土护坡草或牧草的育种材料,第Ⅳ类群整体表现居中。本研究为不同形态特征结缕草属种质资源的筛选提供了参考依据。The genetic variation,correlation,principal components and clustering of 11 quantitative and 9 qualitative traits were analyzed in 43 germplasm samples of Zoysia Willd.in order to improve the utilization of germplasm resources of Zoysia Willd.The results showed that the morphological characteristics of different germplasm resources of Zoysia had wide variation,the coefficient of variation was more than 20%,especially the length of spikelet stalk,inflorescence,spikelet length and leaf length.Correlation analysis shows that each index is not independent of each other,and the correlation degree is high.In principal component analysis,20 traits were grouped into 6 principal components,and the cumulative contribution rate was 67.526%.The 43 Zoysia materials were divided into 4 groups by cluster analysis.Among them,GroupⅠgrass layer was low and sparse,and the overall performance was not good;GroupⅡhad low and dense grass layers,which could be used as breeding materials for turf grass;GroupⅢhad high grass layers and long and wide leaves,which could be used as breeding materials for soil consolidation and slope protection grass or herbages;the overall performance of GroupⅣwas in the middle.This study provided reference for the selection of Zoysia germplasm resources with different morphological characteristics.
