摘 要:针叶树种是中国主要用材和绿化树种,然而由于其基因组复杂且庞大、生长周期长、生根率低、移栽成活率低等诸多因素,导致其再生及遗传改良困难。本研究针对目前针叶树种无性繁殖能力弱,遗传改良困难等问题,查阅国内外文献,总结了针叶树种再生和遗传转化的研究进展,对影响针叶树再生和遗传转化的因素进行讨论,以期为针叶树的苗木培育、遗传改良和基因工程育种提供参考。Coniferous tree species are the main timber and greening tree species in China.However,due to factors such as their complex and large genome,long growth cycle,low rooting rate,and low transplant survival rate,the regeneration and genetic improvement of coniferous tree species are difficult.In this paper,aimed at its weak asexual reproduction ability and difficulties in genetic improvement,review domestic and foreign literature,summarize the research progress of conifer species regeneration and genetic transformation,analyzed the influence factors of conifer species regeneration and genetic transformation,so as to provide the reference on conifer seedling breeding,genetic improvement and gene engineering breeding.
